How soon should I hire my Videographer and or photographer?

We recommend to hire them about 12- 18 months out, specially if your wedding is during peak wedding season, the earlier you can reserve the better chance you have at having us at your wedding!

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO WE GET?

You’ll get 500-1,000+ edited images delivered from a full wedding day package, depending on the number of shooters. 
You will also receive 80+ images from your engagement sessions.

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH ANYTHING ELSE OTHER THAN WEDDINGS?

We also offer family and new born photography, as well as commercial video through our sister company HMBL Films.

DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF TORONTO?

Yes, we love to travel! we're available anywhere in Canada and for  destination weddings. A Travel fee applies for weddings and engagements that are more than 40km from our home base.

Do I have to book video and photo together?

We offer packages that combine both video and photo, but by no means are you required to use us for both, we also offer separate packages! 

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we require a booking deposit to reserve your date as well as a signed agreement at time of booking.

Can we print our own photos?

Yes, absolutely! All our packages include high resolution images that once delivered are ready to be printed.
We also offer professional printing services as well as custom photo albums.

WHAT EQUIPMENT ARE YOU USING?

We use the latest Canon mirrorless bodies for photography and the latest Sony bodies for video. We have backup bodies and they are the same as our main cameras.

We accept E-transfer and all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & More.

ARE ALL THE PHOTOS EDITED?

Yes, every photo delivered goes through the same post-production process similar to the photos on our site and social media.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET OUR PHOTOS and video?

It takes approximately 2-3 business months for photography but you will receive a sneak peak within the week. Wedding films can take approximately 3-6 business months and engagement session images are approximately 2 weeks for delivery.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE COVERAGE?

Yes, we have general commercial liability and we also have all of our equipment and property insured.
